Delivery Policy
Upon payment of your order, the services will be provided to you in accordance with the terms of this Policy and the License Agreement applicable to the services you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of purchase may affect the timing of services. Services will be deemed successfully delivered to you upon activation of your paid account.
Refund Policy
License fees are charged in advance with monthly or annual payment intervals, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. All Fees are non-refundable, i.e. no refunds or credits for periods when the User has not used the activated Account, has used it partially, or has deactivated the Account or terminated these Terms during the current payment interval. The right to use for the period indicated on the Invoice is not subject to cancellation, and any payments, including advance payments, are non-refundable. Licensee will accept all payments made as targeted and will not request a refund on any basis, including as an " incorrect payment". If after payment, User elects to switch to a more expensive Plan, the unused portion of any prepaid Rewards shall be applied to the Reward for the more expensive Plan.

Definitions

    means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
California Consumer Privacy Act, Federal Law of the Republic of Armenia "Protection of personal data" from 18.05.2015 and any other European Union or Armenian legislation relating to personal data and all other legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time which apply to a party relating to the use of personal data (including, without limitation, the privacy of electronic communications).

      We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
      Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.     5. Integration Data
      When authorizing any of the integrations offered with the service, our code will have access to any data made available by the integrations API. If the integration requires a specific set of permission scopes to be authorized by the user, the API data accessed will also be limited to these scopes.
      Data retrieved from certain integrations may be cached for a short period and may be stored on our servers to improve the deliverability of data with the service.
      The data obtained from integrations will only be used in the dashboard and reports that you and your users have access to. The data is not used internally or any place that you do not have access to.
    6. Customer personal data
      When we process any personal data on your behalf, you are the controller and we are the Processor for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation. We only will process that personal data only on your explicit instructions, notify you without undue delay on becoming aware of a personal data breach; at your direction, delete or return personal data and copies thereof, unless required by Applicable Law to store the personal data;

If you are located outside Armenia, EU or USA and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Armenia, EU and USA and process it there.
